
Ryan Chester is a director, cinematographer, and editor from Cleveland, Ohio, and he is currently based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He started making films as a kid, and over the years has developed a wide skill set, including visual effects and animation. He received his BA in Art, Film and Visual Studies from Harvard College in 2020.
His video explaining the Special Theory of Relativity gained over 4.5 million views on YouTube and was the first winner of the international Breakthrough Junior Challenge.
He has filmed, directed, and edited award-winning narrative short films, worked as a Creative Producer at an EdTech startup, and is currently traveling most of the time filming and editing short documentaries for educational TV shows.
